Morbark 1100 Conveyor Belts

New conveyor belts for Morbark 1100 Tub Grinders.

Please Note : Because Morbark used the same part number for many belt sizes you must call and provide your machine SN to order. Online ordering is not possible currently.

Some conveyor belts from the OEM dealer will come noted as vulcanized, with specific lacing, or special patterns. All of our belts come standard with FLEXCO R2 or R5 rivet lacing. If you require special lacing or belt patterns, please call. The most cost and lead-time effective lacing and belt patterns are available options in the drop-down menus above.

Belt Style: 220# 2-ply and 330# 3-ply are the industry standard for tub and horizontal grinders. 'HD' means a slightly thicker top cover of belting material. HD being 3/16" thick vs standard 1/8" thick top cover.

Indent Pattern: If selecting a small chevron pattern belt style, you may or may not need the pattern to be inset from the edges to accommodate belt scrapers or wipers. When the indent pattern option is chosen, we will indent the pattern between 4"-6" on each edge. Please specify in the notes section if you prefer a different size indent.

Bare Bottom: Bare bottom belts have no rubber cover on the bottom side; it leaves more of a "fabric" surface that is a good low friction option for conveyor belts that primarily ride on metal pans or plastic slides.
