Morbark Tub Support & Guide Rollers (All Models)

Heavy-Duty cast iron core wheels with 1-1/2" - 2" poly tread for direct replacement of Morbark OEM tub guide and support wheels. Built to suit all models, 950, 1000, 1050, 1100, 1150, 1200, 1250, 1300A/B, 1400, 1500, 1600.

Morbark has used a few variations of wheel and shaft diameter over the years, so we have a couple options for replacement to suit what you prefer. There are some specs that remain consistent across all machines:

• 10" total diameter
• 3" or 4" tread width
• 2" hub width("bore" length)
• 1-1/2" - 2" thick Shore 75A soft polyurethane tread (original OEM was rubber)
• Approx. 3,000lb load capacity

The OEM 'Nyoil' bushing can be replaced with a more common, easily purchased self-lubricating bronze-bushing. It is also possible to swap to a more standard double pressed ball bearing arrangement. The OEM ball bearing style is directly replaced like for like. The only difference may be bearing OD or tread thickness.
