Sandvik QA140 Conveyor Belts

New conveyor belts for the Sandvik QA140 incline screen.

Some conveyor belts from the OEM dealer will come noted as vulcanized, with specific lacing, or special patterns. All of our belts come standard with FLEXCO R2 or R5 rivet lacing. Belt Style: 220# 2-ply and 330# 3-ply are the industry standard for aggregate screens and crushers, with 4-ply typically only used in the hopper/infeed of larger machines. 'HD' means a 3/16" thick cover vs standard 1/8" thick cover.

European machine manuals may call for belts like EP315/3, E400/3 etc. These do not have a direct cross-reference but are roughly equivalent to US standards: EP315/3 ~~ 2-ply 220# and EP500/3 ~~ 3-ply 330#.

Chevron Patterns: The large chevron belt (2-ply only) has 5/8" tall cleating, which is aggressive compared to the 1/4" cleating on the small chevron belt pattern. If you are running a steep incline or material prone to rolling back this is a good pattern option. Large chevron cleat patterns are either 15" or 30" wide based on overall belt width. For example, a 26" wide belt will have a 15" wide chevron pattern. Both a 48" and 36" belt will have a 30" wide pattern. The small chevron pattern has cleating edge-to-edge regardless of belt width unless the indent option is chosen.

Indent Pattern: If selecting a large or small chevron pattern belt style, you may need the pattern to be inset from the edges to accommodate belt scrapers or wipers. When the indent pattern option is chosen, we will indent the pattern roughly 5-1/2" on each edge. Please specify in the notes section if you prefer a different size indent.

Please Note: The large chevron pattern will typically already have an "indent" since the pattern is only offered in 15" or 30" wide cleating. For example, a vary common stacker belt on aggregate screens would be a 26" wide belt with 15" cleating. This would already be "indented" 5-1/2" per side. However, a 32" wide belt will only have a 1" indent (30" pattern) and may require the additional indent pattern option.
